Minutes of the Parish Meeting of Kenninghall Parish held on Monday 5^th April 2004 at the Memorial Hall, Kenninghall.

The Parish Meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Mr Stephen Gordon and 13 Parishioners were present.

1. Apologies for absence were received from Mr D Brown and Mr W Nunn.

2. Chairman’s Report

It has been an extremely busy year. The Parish Council has had to deal with the Deans Site, the Village Hall Site and the new Village Hall Site. Upwards of 50 new houses are proposed to be built in the village and this has brought all sorts of considerations before the Council. I think that no more should be allowed to be developed within the village for the present time.

There is a good social life in the village and this has especially been so with fund raising for the new Hall.

The Parish Council has signed up to CRed and are one of the first Parish’s to do so.

3. Any Other Business

There were no matters, so the Chairman closed the meeting.
